Sana Makki or senna at sknatural is Cassia senna LINN. It belongs to family "Cesalpinaceae". Senna is an herb that comes from several different flowering species of the Cassia plants. Generally, People have been using the leaves, flowers, and fruits of the senna plant in tea as a laxative or stimulant for centuries. They also use the leaves of the senna plant in some teas to help relieve constipation or promote weight loss. It is warm and dry in first order.
