Balangu ,Tukham Mulanga , بلنگو ، تخم ملنگاں, also known as Salvia Divinorum or salvia seeds in English. It is a perennial herb and belongs to the sage family. Mazatec Indians commonly used these seeds medicinally for the management of cluster headaches, diarrhea, rheumatism, and anemia. They also used leaves of this plant in large doses to induce altered states of consciousness. Hence, believing it to help them detect the main causes of diseases.

Balangu which people call Tukhm-e-Balingo, Tuk-Malanga or Tukh-Malanga. These are small seeds which become sticky and mucilaginous when soaked in water.
