Dosage:

Adults: As a prophylactic, take 2 teaspoonsful at bedtime in half a glass of lukewarm water. For acute symptoms, take 2 teaspoonsful 2–3 times daily.

Children: ½ of the adult recommended dose in half a glass of lukewarm water.

Infants: ¼ of the adult recommended dose.
